B&B in Dornoch in our Guest House!
We are Dee and Nigel and we own, live and run Heartseed House Bed and Breakfast Guest House (see video).
Our lovely B&B is on the Northern side of the Dornoch so has super country views across the hills and over to the Struie, a favourite local walking hill and also the name of a course at Royal Dornoch Golf Club. In addition to the golf we have a wealth of other activities available in this lovely area, sea and river fishing, cycling & walks in forests and hills, with ‘Munros’ nearby and on ‘our doorstep’ Loch Fleet offers interesting bird watching and wildlife with ospreys, seals and otters.
As a B&B guest, in addition to the en-suite rooms you can have use of the lounge, conservatory, decking and garden, a super spot to enjoy a ‘wee dram’ of local malt whisky maybe. So why not come and stay with us at Heartseed House B&B?

Heartseed House has 3 rooms, 2 of which are Twin or Deluxe extra wide double and all have countryside views over the garden to the sea beyond.

Breakfast is complimentary at the B&B and has many options but if you fancy the full Scottish Breakfast at the Guest House you are in good hands with Dee’s cooking.
