Guest House En-suite Bedrooms and Bathrooms

These Dornoch rooms are all on the first floor at Heartseed B&B and priced from £90 to £120 for bed and breakfast for two sharing depending on time of year.  Prices includes a full Scottish breakfast served in airy conservatory with great views.  Breakfast is between  7am – 10am (early-bird possible to arrange).

March £90, April £100, May £105, June £110, July/August £120, September £110, October £90. Closed 1st Nov – 28th Feb.

Everything you need will be available from TV, bath robes, hairdryer, desk, toiletries etc and also a fridge is provided, as well as a kettle and a coffee machine.  There is also a travel cot, high chair and baby safety gates. Please don’t hesitate to ask if there’s anything you require that we may be able to provide to make your stay more comfortable.

Firth Room – Deluxe with Superking bed or Twin

Loch Room – Deluxe with Superking bed or Twin

Heather Room – Deluxe with King Sized Bed

The Heather room has a private bathroom with a bath and overhead power shower.
